Description
Parts of Dawson City as seen from the George Black Ferry. One needs to take the ferry to cross from the Top of the World Highway over to Dawson. It's a free service, it's part of the highway system.
Edited with textures for a painterly look.
Note: Watermark will not appear on actual print.
I could tell a whole lot of stories about this town and the surrounding area. There is much to see and explore. It has kept its charme from the Goldrush and is the second largest city in the Yukon.

Hi Priska...I noticed you visited my gallery recently and commented on one of my photos...thank you! I came to see what you have been up to. I am really glad I did! You have a wonderful collection of images here...I am really enjoying your work. In fact, I have added you to my "watch list"! This is a beautiful shot of Dawson City. I have never been there, but it is a dream of mine to make the trek from the Interior of BC up that way one day. I hear it is absolutely gorgeous! L
